Motion Health Club at The Montenotte, features a 20-meter indoor heated swimming pool in Cork city. Open to members and hotel residents, the pool area offers a relaxing haven with loungers for chilling-out, along with a thermal suite experience complete with a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi for an immersive post-workout recovery.

A modern space that raises the bar on the world of fitness in Cork city, the gym is comprised of a high-tech cardio featuring treadmills, exercise bikes, rowing machine and cross trainers. There is also a weight-bearing station and dedicated area for free weights and floor exercises, catering for all levels.

Maximise your potential with a team of expert Personal Trainers on-hand to inspire results. Beginning with a one-to-one consultation, they will create a tailormade programme, specific to each individuals fitness goals.

Ongoing monitoring and support will keep you motivated and on track. Personal training is available to members and hotel residents. Each session lasts 30-minutes and be booked solo or as a couple.
