The Glasshouse welcome both hotel residents and non-residents with tables subject to availability. Pre-booking is not required.

The Glasshouse at The Montenotte is a cashless department, thus we no longer accept cash as a means of payment.

Our specially commissioned Montenotte Gin was created in early 2021, in a partnership with Blackwater Distillery. A joined project where the inspiration taken from our Sunken Victorian Garden was married with an expertise of the Head Distiller at Blackwater.

This specially commissioned gin has a unique character and flavour with an impressive depth of woody, fruity and floral flavours. A combination of elements, amongst other botanicals – fragrant lavender, robust rhubarb, punchy pink peppercorn and wild cardamon are subtly infused to perfection.

Our Montenotte Gin Presentation Box retails at €70 and is available to purchase directly from the hotel reception.
