The Montenotte’s Wine Club offers the perfect wine tasting experience here in Cork City and county. Each of our events, feature wines selected from among the finest domains in the world. The wines chosen are then paired with carefully crafted dishes, created by our Executive Chef, Rudi Liebenberg to perfectly complement the wines on that evening.

We are delighted to now invite you to become a member of The Montenotte Wine Club. A 2-year membership is yours for just €15.00 per person. Once you become a member you will receive your Montenotte Wine Club Membership Card, and this entitles you to the following:

15% off all pre-booked Food in Panorama, and The Gallery Suite for private dining.

Pre-sale access to all our Montenotte Culinary Series events and enjoy 15% off all ticket pricing.

Montenotte Wine Club Summer Champagne Soirée at The Glasshouse

Arrival from 6.30pm with event to commence at 7pm

The latest in our Montenotte Wine Club series, the Summer Champagne Soirée at The Glasshouse is in association with Tindal Wine Merchants and features four exquisite Grower Champagnes from Champagne Gremillet, from the Champagne region in France, each served with a delicious food pairing.

Our Champagnes include:

  • Brut Selection, Champagne Gremillet NV
  • Brut Rosé, Champagne Gremillet
  • Blanc De Noirs Brut, Champagne Gremillet
  • Organic Cuvée Prestige Brut, Champagne Gremillet

Our Food Pairing stations include the following culinary specialities: Ibérico Ham Station, Salmon Station, and an Oyster Station. Rotational canapés curated to complement the suite of champagne’s effervescence will be served during the evening.

Our special guests are Mr Kevin Blanco, the Export Director for Champagne Gremillet, along with Mr. Declan Saunders from Tindal Wine Merchants.

This event has a limited capacity and is priced at €82 per person.

Champagne Gremilet:

A family of winegrowers for several generations, it was in 1979 that Gremillet Champagne was born. The estate is composed of 25 hectares of vineyards situated in a small village 180 kilometres south of Paris, 45 kilometres from Troyes, the historic capital of Champagne. The vines from which this Champagne is produced lie on steep, sun-drenched hillsides. This award-winning Grower Champagne has great depth and complexity and constantly surprises tasters with its richness.
