We offer 2 meeting, conference, and event spaces for you to choose from so we have something to suit every medium sized meeting or corporate event. Our meeting and event spaces are fully furnished and include complimentary 300MB Internet Bandwidth WiFi while there are also delicious dining options available on site for attendees to choose from. The Montenotte Hotel offers a unique setting for your business needs including spacious meeting rooms which overlook Cork City. With a selection of meeting rooms and event spaces located only a few minutes from Cork city centre, The Montenotte really is the perfect choice for your next business meeting, team brainstorming session or corporate event.

Our hotel boasts 2 spaces available for private hire including The Gallery Suite which offers stunning views of our Victorian sunken gardens & Cork city as well as the truly unique Cameo Cinema located on the ground floor, perfect for your team catchup or hybrid meeting event.


The Gallery Suite can currently accommodate up to 60 delegates. Private dining menus are available for lunch, dinner, or product launch events and receptions.

This beautiful ground floor room has a wall to ceiling window overlooking our tiered Victorian gardens and the city of Cork. Wi-Fi, LCD projector and screen come as a standard with this meeting room. The Chill Out Area outside the room is available for delicious refreshment break options.

The Gallery Suite with it’s stunning Gallery atmosphere against a spectacular backdrop of the Victorian gardens and the Cork city skyline create a perfect setting for your corporate event or a small private special occasion.

We are delighted to welcome private corporate events to the hotel where we can accommodation up to 50 guests in The Gallery Suite. Our beautifully crafted private dining menus start at €55.00 per person. Menus can be discussed with our Senior Head Chef and amended for any dietry requirements you may have. 



The Cameo Cinema is our luxury, in-house, 50-seater cinema showing nightly movies and is also available for a private hire. A truly unique experience for your corporate presentation, team meeting, or a group movie screening. The ultimate luxury is achieved with tiered theatre seating, large cinema screen and the latest in audio visual technology.

BBQ's at The Courtyards

Soak up the sun, or bask in the shade of The Courtyard at The Glasshouse whilst you enjoy a summer celebrations with friends, family or colleagues. Here at the Montenotte Hotel we offer an mouth-watering range of barbeque dishes from our summer BBQ menu.

Our BBQ offering is available Sunday – Thursday each week from July – September 2022, subject to availability.  We offer The Courtyard for all BBQ event bookings. We can cater for BBQ parties from a minimum of 20 to a maximum of 40 people.  We only host one group booking per evening with Food service from between 4pm – 7pm.  A deposit of €15.00 per person is required to secure your booking.

Celebrate the season with our Private Christmas Party Nights

The Gallery Suite with its stunning gallery atmosphere against a spectacular backdrop of the Victorian gardens and the Cork city festive sparkling skyline create the perfect setting for your private Christmas party celebration.
Start and plan now for your Christmas night out with colleagues, friends or family and end this year on a high note here at the Montenotte Hotel. The Gallery Suite is the perfect location for your private celebration catering for between 25 - 50 guests.
Our festive party menu has been created by our Executive Head Chef Eoin O’Connor with a strong festive theme and all locally sourced ingredients.

Our package is priced at €75.00 per person for a 4-course choice dinner with festive petit fours along with a Montenotte Gin & Tonic reception on arrival in the Chill out area.
Our events team led by Vourneen are on hand to help and advise the best possible way for you and your group to celebrate during the festive season.  We have dates available Sunday – Friday during November & December 2022.

2021 - A YEAR IN REVIEW – but a year to be very proud.

As we say goodbye to 2021, a year that has arguably been hugely challenging for our industry, we can’t help but be hopeful that 2022 will be a better one.

Even with all the challenges that faced us this year, what with us being in restrictions for the first five months of the year, here at The Montenotte Hotel, like so many others we pivoted, and this started by us opening our Vintage Van Café outside the front door of the hotel. The opening of the Vintage Van allowed us to bring some of our team members back to work. The locals here around the hotel in the Montenotte area, loved the Vintage Van Café as they went for walks within their 5KM radius. We are so appreciative of the support that the local community provided us with during those early days of 2021.
