Settle into Panorama, with Cork City and harbour stretching out below, for an enhanced three-course dining experience created by Executive Chef Martin Lovell and his culinary team.

Dinner begins with our signature bread service and an amuse-bouche from the kitchen, before moving through three courses inspired by the season and some of the Irish ingredients and producers Martin works with.

The specially designed menu tells a little more of that story too, with notes on provenance giving you an insight into what is on your plate, where it has come from and why it has made its way onto the menu.

Stay Up a Little Longer

Dinner does not have to mean the end of the evening.

Take a seat in Cameo Cinema, our intimate in-house cinema, where hotel residents can enjoy a complimentary evening screening.

Or head to The Glasshouse for a post-dinner cocktail and watch the city lights below.

Perhaps you’ll do both.

You’re staying the night, after all.

Time to Slow Down

There is plenty of room in the stay for doing very little too.

Enjoy complimentary access to Motion Health Club, with its 20-metre swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and fully equipped gym.

If you would like to take things a little further, Bellevue Spa is just upstairs, with a menu of restorative treatments that can be added to your stay.

When the weather is on your side, wander through our Victorian Gardens, find a quiet spot overlooking Cork or simply head back to your room and close the door on the world for a while.
