Sculpture Exhibition

Locals and visitors alike are encouraged to visit the Sculpture Exhibition and wander around the wonder of our Victorian sunken gardens, which were rediscovered and restored to their former glory of 100 years ago back in 2018. The exhibition is open daily from 10am. Commenting at the exhibition, General Manager at The Montenotte Hotel, Frits Potgieter said “As a hotel that has an ongoing connection to the arts, this exhibition is very special for us and something we look forward to every year. Our Victorian gardens have been transformed into a magical sculpture garden and we would like to thank each artist and The Kildare Gallery for bringing this striking showcase to life. We hope our visitors enjoy the chance to view some of the best sculptures in the country over the summer. Many pieces from previous years exhibitions, now reside in our gardens”.

The Kildare Gallery is Ireland’s leading supplier of outdoor sculpture and garden art, established in 2015 by Ruth Liddle and Ken Folan.
