“Excellent experience during our recent stay for a work meeting. All staff extremely friendly and helpful. I would say it is the best hotel I have stayed at for any corporate meeting in all my years working.

Facilities of Cinema and Meeting Room were excellent – no issues with coffee breaks etc. Really liked the Cinema as a meeting room. There was plenty of space and it was different to “typical” meeting rooms.

The staff were very helpful in accommodating any requests we had re the meeting eg IT, helping bringing boxes from my car etc. I would highly recommend the Montenotte Hotel and will be back on a personal level.”

Do you cater for meetings and conferences?

Yes, we do cater for small meetings or conferences. The Montenotte Hotel offers a unique setting for your business needs overlooking the city of Cork. Do you have free WiFi?

Yes, we have fast 300MB bandwidth WIFI, complimentary to the guests of the Cork City hotel. 

What is your conference capacity?

We have two main meeting and conference options for clients. The Gallery Suite can cater for up to 70 delegates Theatre style or 40 delegates Cabaret style and The Cameo Cinema is a purpose-built auditorium and can cater for up to 50 delegates Theatre style. 

Is there break out spaces?

We don’t have break-out areas per say but we do have other areas around the hotel that can be used as a break-out area, including The Chill Out, Cameo Cinema, The Merchant Suite and The Glasshouse   

Do you have car parking?

We have complimentary on-site car parking for all hotel guests and residents and day delegates attending a meeting or an event at The Montenotte.  

What equipment is available?

The Gallery Suite is full equipped with the latest technology, high-speed Wi-Fi, LCD projector, screen and HDMI connection.

Can you accommodate hybrid or virtual events?

The Gallery Suite can be used for hybrid meetings and virtual events.
