From the moment Gusbourne planted their first vines in 2004, their vision has been to create the finest vintage wines using grapes grown exclusively in their own vineyards.

They cultivate the highest quality Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes across the Gusbourne Estate, with 60 hectares in Appledore, Kent, and 30 hectares next to the Goodwood Estate in West Sussex. These predominantly Burgundian clones yield smaller volumes of intensely flavourful fruit, which thrive in their unique microclimates. This exceptional produce is the vital first ingredient in crafting their award-winning sparkling wines, all made using the traditional method.

Their debut vintages – Brut Reserve 2006 and Blanc de Blancs 2006 – were released in 2010 to critical acclaim, earning accolades from the world’s most exacting wine critics. Gusbourne’s sparkling and still wines continue to win prestigious national and international industry awards every year.

Gusbourne At The Montenotte

Gusbourne Estate Blanc de Blancs 2016:

From the most decorated estate in the UK, this elegant Blanc de Blancs displays aromatic layers of white grapefruit, preserved lemon, crab apple and biscuit.  On the palate, the wine leads with a salty minerality and showcases fantastic acidity and tension.

 

Gusbourne Estate Rose 2016:

An elegant and lifted sparkling Rosé packed full of summer fruits like strawberry, raspberry and rhubarb. On the palate, the wine is layered with salty flavours, bright red berries, strawberry leaves and brioche.

 

Gusbourne Estate Brut Reserve 2021:

This stunning rival to the very best of Champagne is complex with notes of strawberry, honeydew melon, yellow apple, lemon curd and sweet pastry.  Medium bodied with saline minerality and bright acidity.
