An ultra chic restaurant with a vibrant atmosphere and eclectic touch, Panorama blends New York cool with Parisian charm, creating an experiential dining scene that evokes all of the senses.

Open daily for lunch and dinner, the seasonal menu celebrates fresh ingredients and local Irish produce, bursting with natural flavour. European in style with international influences, the menu has been created by recently appointed Executive Chef Martin Lovell. At Panorama, The Montenotte’s signature restaurant and hub of the hotel, Martin has unveiled a dynamic seasonal menu that showcases the best of local produce and Irish hospitality. Drawing on French techniques, the comfort-food influences of his British upbringing and years in New York, Chef Martin has unveiled the refreshed Panorama menu. Highlights include Pan-fried halibut with green asparagus and harissa beurre blanc, Toon’s Bridge burrata with heirloom tomato and basil sourced from Co. Cork, and a Rhubarb-and-custard soufflé with gingerbread ice cream. A new ‘Bites & Delights’ selection will feature dishes such as Rossmore oysters with mignonette and Tabasco, and a Black-pudding Scotch egg with homemade brown sauce, sitting alongside classic offerings including Dry-aged Irish Hereford beef steaks and indulgent Chocolate cake with hazelnut crunch.

Our dress code is smart casual, we kindly request that no joggers, tracksuits, or sports related clothing or footwear are worn at Panorama. Elevate your evening with an unforgettable dining experience, where every bite is as epic as the view.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 12.00. In The Residences check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 11:00.

Do I need my credit card details with me on check-in?

Yes, you do. For all guests checking into at The Montenotte, we require an in-person credit card where we will take a pre-authorisation to the value of your stay along with a small supplement to cover incidentals and to allow for charging to your room during your stay.

No, we are not a pet friendly hotel, except for the registered assistance dogs only.
