Meet Gregory Buda
Gregory Buda is co-owner and Beverage Director of Bisou Bisou in Montréal. Prior to opening the bar, he spent eight years as Director of Education and Training Manager at The Dead Rabbit – one of the most awarded cocktail bars in the world and named World’s Best Bar in 2015 and 2016.
His style blends European apéritif tradition with modern cocktail technique – elegant, vibrant and designed for sharing.
Now, he brings that expertise to Cork for one special guest bartender event.
