What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 12.00. In the Residence Apartments check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 11:00.

Do I need my credit card details with me on check-in?
Yes, you do. For all guests checking into at The Montenotte Hotel, we require an in-person credit card where we will take a pre-authorisation to the value of your stay along with a small supplement to cover incidentals and to allow for charging to your room during your stay.
What is the cancellation policy?

No, we are not a pet friendly hotel, except for the registered assistance dogs only.
