Provisional Bookings
A date may be held provisionally for up to 10 days after
which time, if not confirmed, shall be automatically
released.
Confirmation & Deposit
In order to confirm your event we require a deposit of €750.00. Once the Deposit is received the Hotel Events
Co-ordinator will confirm the booking to you in writing and
issue deposit receipt.All deposits must be accompanied by
a signed contract.
In the event of cancellations, deposits are non refundable.
In the event of a change of date, deposit is transferable to
new date. Notification of cancellation or change of date
must be confirmed in writing.
Cancellation
- Cancellation within 4-6 months of the event date will
require 20% payment of the estimated event bill.
- Cancellation within 2 months of the event date will
require 50% payment of the estimated event bill.
- Cancellation within 1 month of the event date will
require full payment of the estimated event bill.
Final Details
An appointment with the Hotels Events Co-ordinator
should be made 2 months prior to the event to go over and
finalise all details pertaining to the event at which time
final prices will be confirmed.
Prices
All prices quoted are current time of printing. Prices are
subject to change all prices are subject to confirmation by
the Hotel Events Co-ordinator.
Numbers
Revised numbers of guests should be given to the hotel 14
days prior to the event. Final numbers must be given no
later than 48 hours in advance. These will be the numbers
charged for on the day. These numbers should not exceed
maximum capacity numbers advised by the hotel.
Table Plans
If a table plan is being used it must be provided to the hotel
no later than 48 hours prior to the event and will not be
accepted after this time. Please present this in typed format.
Bar Extension
To comply with current Legislation a bar extension must be
applied for three months in advance of the event date. A fee
of €225.00 will be charged. A bar exemption will allow to
banqueting bar to remain open till 1.30am Thursday to
Saturday.
Entertainment
All entertainment/ music must finish no later than 1.30am.
An event will run no later than 2am and all non residents
should be departed from the hotel by 2am.
Payment
All accounts must be settled prior to departure. Payment
may be made by cash or bankdraft only.
